Cliff Chapital grew up in New Orleans among the stately mansions of  St. Charles Avenue and the vibrant houses of the Marigny. This early exposure to the visual richness of New Orleans translated into a lifelong appreciation for the elements of design.  Cliff spent over a decade as a corporate visual merchandiser working for some of the most luxurious and notable brands in the American and British retail industries. Always choosing to work with organizations that were growing, evolving and innovating, he has collaborated with top talent in architectural design and planning and learned the art of reinventing and reimagining spaces within parameters. Today Cliff lives in the Bay Area. 

 

Matthew Gerhardt, the "deal maker" in this duo, is an East Bay native and has focused his entire career in the Diablo Valley.  He is an entrepreneur and former commercial real estate broker. Matt always appreciated the enjoyable experience of being in incredible interiors while travelling throughout Europe and the Caribbean.  He realized staging and interior design could be done better locally and jumped at the opportunity to help make it happen.  “Our business depends on bringing quality, ease, and insight to staging.  We deliver for brokers, sellers and buyers.” Matthew lives in the Bay Area with his wife.

Qualifications

  • Must have a passion for design and have an eye for detail.
  • Must be a self starter, goal-oriented and work well on a team.
  • Must be able to lift items that are fifty to one hundred pounds.
